I have shown a sensitivity to Ascorbic Acid. Does this mean I can’t have Vitamin C?Updated 4 days ago

A sensitivity to ascorbic acid refers specifically to the E-number (E300) when used as a preservative in food items. It is not a sensitivity to naturally occurring Vitamin C. Vitamin C in whole foods is perfectly fine to consume.
