Can I send dyed or treated hair?
Yes, coloured or chemically treated hair is fine
How do I send my hair sample?
After purchase, you’ll receive instructions by email. You simply cut a small sample and mail it to the address provided.
How much hair do I need to send?
A small amount, around 4–5 strands is usually enough. If your hair is very short, you may send a slightly larger sample.
What if I have no head hair?
You may send body hair (arms, legs, chest, beard). Do not send pubic hair.
What if my sample gets lost?
If we do not receive your sample, we will contact you and help you send a replacement.
Where is my sample processed?
Samples are processed by our own laboratories or trusted international partner facilities, all of which follow strict internal quality-control standards. We do not publish specific lab locations.
